講習をゼロから作る必要はありません。講習ライブラリには、Discover Scuba Diving、Open Water Diver、Advanced Open Water、Enriched Air (Nitrox)、Deep、Rescue Diver、ReActivate（リフレッシュ講習）、Freediver、Divemaster、救急法・CPRなどのダイビング用テンプレートがあり、それぞれに基本のカリキュラムが付いています。そのままインポートすることも、先に編集することもできます。各講習には画像、印刷用の案内シート、Ribbe上でデザインするパンフレットも用意でき、カウンターでそのまま手渡せます。

会計画面に残数が表示され、レシートにも印字されます（例：7 of 10 left）。回数券と残数をSMSやメールでダイバーに送ることもできます。残数はレジの顧客アカウントやプロフィールにも表示されるので、靴箱をひっくり返して探す必要はありません。充填が取り消しまたは返品されると、その1回分は回数券に戻ります。回数券そのものを返金した場合は無効になります。権限のあるスタッフは残数を手動で調整できます。
