Terms of Service Last updated: August 24, 2026 These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ribbe rental-management platform and related websites, applications, and services (together, the “Service”), operated by Rentitbiz (“Rentitbiz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, or by accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. Who may use the Service You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization (an “Organization”), you represent that you are authorized to bind that Organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to that Organization. 2. Accounts You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of every user you invite or grant access to your Organization’s account. 3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing Plans. Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. The features, limits, and price of each plan are described at sign-up and in your account. Free trials. If your plan includes a trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends, unless you cancel before then. Payment. Subscription fees are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, using the payment method you provide. By subscribing you authorize us and Stripe to charge that method for all fees when due. Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable. No refunds. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Changes. We may change plan pricing or features on reasonable prior notice; changes take effect at your next renewal. 4. Payments you take from your own customers The Service lets your Organization accept payments from its own customers, including through Stripe Connect. For those transactions, your Organization — not Rentitbiz — is the merchant of record and is solely responsible for the underlying goods, rentals, services, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and disputes. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe’s own agreements. Rentitbiz is not a party to, and is not responsible for, transactions between your Organization and its customers. 5. Your content and data You retain all rights to the data, text, images, and other materials you and your users submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant Rentitbiz a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service and as directed by you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the necessary rights and consents to provide it, including with respect to any personal information about your customers. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy . 6. Acceptable use You agree not to, and not to permit others to: use the Service to violate any law or infringe anyone’s rights; upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by law; use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications; or resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted. 7. Third-party services The Service integrates with third-party services (for example Stripe, payment terminals, messaging and email providers, mapping, calendar, and accounting integrations). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. 8. Intellectual property The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Rentitbiz and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. 9. Suspension and termination You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will make Your Content available for export for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy, after which we may delete it. 10. Disclaimers The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentitbiz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. 11. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentitbiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability. 12. Indemnification You will indemnify and hold harmless Rentitbiz and its affiliates from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your transactions with your own customers, or your breach of these Terms. 13. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date or by notifying you in the Service). Your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. 14. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law requires otherwise. 15.
